We started Pacific Properties and Finance to fill a perceived need in the real estate and mortgage industry: value.  While there are many "full-service" brokerages that charge "full-service" commissions, and there are also a number of "discount" brokerages that provide "discount" services, there are not any companies that can consistently provide full service with discount commissions that are fully negotiable.

Our company's business philosophy is to
